Pre-contracted services
All our services are pre-booked. We operate private transfers in vehicles of varying sizes. We await our guests upon arrival at the airport, exiting the baggage claim area with a sign bearing their name. To board, passengers must have their identification ready, and our staff will welcome them and direct them to the vehicle. If you booked a round-trip transfer, our representative will confirm your pick-up date and time upon arrival for your return transfer to the airport.

Chetumal: All hotels in Chetumal
Bacalar: All hotels or vacation rental homes (e.g., Airbnb, Booking) between the Akalki Holistic Center and the MIA Bacalar Hotel
Mahahual: All hotels are located on the coastal road and a maximum of 2 km outside the town.
Terms of Service
• All services are offered subject to availability.
• The transfer includes passenger insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Transportation Law.
• We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a cell phone number with WhatsApp so we can stay in touch regarding any time changes or delays.
• The maximum waiting time for transfers from the Hotel to the Airport is 10 minutes after the notified pickup time.
• Services are provided in accordance with applicable disinfection and new normal regulations. The use of face masks is required during service.
